Severe arterial insufficiency, intermittent claudication, ischemia. Uncontrolled congestive heart failure.

Confinement to bed or non-ambulatory use unless otherwise prescribed by the physician. Eczema, hypodermatitis, dermatosclerosis, dermatitis (following treatment).
