Sometimes new patients look at one of our systems and wonder how a series of nylon bands will help them feel better. Well, those bands hold the key. They’re made of VELCRO® brand hook and loop fasteners. So they’re adjustable. And patients can sustain proper levels of compression. Even when limb size changes or during physical activity. The bands also supply gradient counterpressure. Which means better circulation.

But don’t be deceived. It only sounds simple. CircAid systems are, in fact, highly engineered and offer a unique combination of physics and physiology. Years of development – and experience with leading physicians and thousands of patients – have proven CircAid technology works better than bandaging or prescribed elastic compression. The Juxta-Fit™ Custom Armsleeve, the perfect alternative to elastic sleeves, provides inelastic adjustable gradient compression. The comfortable design gives arm coverage from the wrist to underarm. It can be worn for day and night, allowing the patient to manage their lymphedema while maintaining an independent lifestyle. The garment can be made to fit almost any arm shape and is covered by a six month limited warranty.

Juxta-Fit Hand Gauntlet

The Juxta-Fit™ Gauntlet gives hand coverage from the wrist to the base of the fingers. The garment is available in five standard sizes.

Measure Up™ Arm Sleeve

The Measure-Up™ features non-elastic bands that tighten around a soft, comfortable foam liner. Through the use of “D-rings” and measuring guides, tightening and adjusting to gradient compression levels are easy to achieve. The foam liner insures smooth comfortable compression to treat lymphedema over the entire arm, including a hand cover.

The Measure Up™ Arm Sleeve is adjustable and includes a foam liner for night-time wear. A 1 year warranty and instructional video are also provided.

Juxta-Fit

The Juxta-Lock (alternating) Band System allows for quick and easy application and minimal adjustments that help maintain compression levels, and a comfortable fit. The material utilizes limited linear stretch technology along the length of the garment that hugs the contours of the leg, reduces slipping, and makes the use of foam inserts virtually unnecessary.

Adjusting the bands of the garment to a firm and comfortable compression achieves therapeutic levels of gradient compression and can be worn 24 hours a day with the bands being slightly loosened for night time wear. The Juxta-Fit is specially designed to use varying bandwidths to control and assure gradient compression regardless of limb shape.
