CircAid Lower Extremity Garments

Juxta-Fit
The Juxta-Lock (alternating) Band System allows for quick and easy application and minimal adjustments that help maintain compression levels, and a comfortable fit. The material utilizes limited linear stretch technology along the length of the garment that hugs the contours of the leg, reduces slipping, and makes the use of foam inserts virtually unnecessary.
Adjusting the bands of the garment to a firm and comfortable compression achieves therapeutic levels of gradient compression and can be worn 24 hours a day with the bands being slightly loosened for night time wear. The Juxta-Fit is specially designed to use varying bandwidths to control and assure gradient compression regardless of limb shape.
Compression: 30-50mmHg, Firm and Comfortable
Ready-Fit Lower Legging
The Ready-Fit design provides comfort and ease of application, with minimal to no adjustments required. The Neoprene anchor provides an incredible amount of flexibility to the non-elastic bands thus insuring a perfect fit for your lymphedema treatment without buckling or slipping on the leg.
The Ready-Fit comes with a Single-Band EZ™ Ankle-Foot Wrap which covers the ankle and foot area completely. This augments the Legging in reducing and containing edema.
Compression: 30-50mmHg, Firm and Comfortable
Classic-Flex Lower Legging
The CircAid® Classic-FlexTM makes effective compression possible for many people who need easy application. The Classic-Flex is applied by interlocking the bands that are then tightened to a firm, comfortable compression. During wear, adjustment to proper compression and comfort is always possible with your lymphedema treatment.
The Classic-Flex comes with a Single-Band EZ™ Ankle-Foot Wrap which covers the ankle and foot area completely. This augments the Legging in reducing and containing edema from Lymphedema and Venous Disease and prevents ulcers from recurring.
Compression: 30-50mmHg, Firm and Comfortable
Graduate
Now you can be assured of a proper gradient with CircAid’s new quick and easy Whole Leg Graduate legging. No more guessing. The Graduate™ features inelastic bands that tighten around a soft, comfortable foam liner. Through the use of “D-rings” and measuring guides, tightening and adjusting to gradient compression levels are easy to achieve. The foam liner insures smooth comfortable compression over the entire leg, including the foot. A uniquely designed adjustable and flexible neoprene knee allows for an even greater range of leg motion.
The Graduate comes with an integrated boot piece which covers the ankle and foot area completely including additional padding for the malleoli. The Graduate is available in custom sizes only and also comes in a Below-Knee only, and Boot version. Graduate leggings can also be made without the boot piece upon request.
Compression: 30-50mmHg, Firm and Comfortable
Whole Leg EZ
The CircAid Whole Leg EZ (originally Thigh-High 2000TM) features a series of interlocking inelastic bands that are tightened around a soft, comfortable foam liner. The foam liner insures smooth comfortable compression over the entire leg while also preventing the garment from sliding down the leg. A flexible knee portion of the garment allows for a greater range of motion when bending the leg at the knee. A strip of neoprene running along the back helps the garment conform to the shape of the limb. The Whole Leg EZ is easy to use and comfortable to wear.
The Whole Leg EZ comes with a CircPlus I Ankle-Foot Wrap which covers the ankle and foot area completely. This augments the legging in reducing and containing edema.
Compression: 30-50mmHg, Firm and Comfortable
Silhouette
The Silhouette is a low-cost, light-weight, soft foam undersleeve contoured to each limb. The Silhouette conforms to the principles of bandaging by using non-aggressive flat foam to help facilitate lymph flow.
The undersleeves also incorporate stitching lines that follow the standard treatment directed pressure path for lymphedema. The seams, resembling a ‘chevron’ design, rise as they cross the limb diagonally, ending laterally at a higher proximal point. This improvement, along with the use of non-aggressive flat foam, follows accepted protocols in the treatment of lymphedema.
